Sapphire Wedding Cars recommend booking as far in advance as possible, the more in advance you book, the more likely it is that we will have your wedding car of choice available on your required day. All bookings are subject to availability.

Sapphire Wedding Cars provide you with a bottle of bubbly / Prosecco with wine glasses as standard.  If you require anything different please let us know, so we can tailor your wedding car package.

You can bring your own refreshments in the wedding car., but not your own alcohol.

In the wedding car, there is a flower arrangement on the back-parcel shelf (behind the rear seats / near the back window).

The wedding car will have a wedding car ribbon at the front of the wedding in your colour of your choice, which will be included in the price. If you require anything else, please let us know.

You can have additional people in the wedding car as long as it complies with the law.

Sapphire Wedding cars allow young children in the wedding car, if they are accompanied by an adult for all journeys. We do ask that the children always behave and remain seated with their seatbelts buckled in when travelling.

You can choose to arrive fashionably later or arrive fashionably early or arrive precisely on time. Just let us know when you are completing the wedding car booking form.

You will need to pay a £300 (non-refundable) deposit to secure any wedding car booking and the remaining balance is required 3 months before the wedding or wedding event.

If the wedding car booked has broken down or is off the road before your wedding date, Sapphire Wedding Cars will contact you to inform you.  Sapphire Wedding Cars always have a back-up wedding car. The back-up car is at least at a high standard of a Mercedes S-Class or higher. You will be given the choice of any of the other wedding cars available on your date required at no extra cost.

All of Sapphire Wedding Cars are serviced and maintained regularly directly by either Bentley, Mercedes, or Rolls Royce Main Dealer or Approved Dealers, so breakdowns and delays should be very rare overall.

If your wedding car breaks down on your wedding day, we will provide you with a replacement luxury wedding car like our Mercedes-Benz S-Class or a better car as soon as possible. Sapphire Wedding Cars will endeavour to ensure to get you to the destination safely and quick as lawfully possible.

All of Sapphire Wedding Cars are serviced and maintained regularly directly by either Bentley, Mercedes, or Rolls Royce Main Dealer or Approved Dealers, so breakdowns and delays should be very rare overall.

If the wedding event over runs and you need the wedding car longer than originally booked, you can have the wedding car as long as you require it, as we only do one wedding event per wedding car. As we want our clients to have our undivided attention you give you the best wedding car experience. Any additional hours going beyond the original booking schedule on the day, will be charged at £90 per hour + any additional fuel cost required.

Sapphire Wedding Cars plan to allow for some leniency in delay. However, some delays can happen for a variety of reasons outside of our control, nevertheless Sapphire Wedding Cars will endeavour to ensure to get you to the destination safely and quick as lawfully possible.

If you have to cancel/change the wedding car booking due to covid-19 restriction, you can change the wedding car booking date for free, subject to the same car being available. If the same car is not available, you have the choice to choose another wedding car that we have available or have a refund.
